Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a small sales team, including sales executives and customer service staff, to achieve sales targets and ensure high service standards. Act as the main liaison between Japan HQ, the Malaysia plant, and other international affiliates for all sales and customer-related matters. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aimed at strengthening relationships with existing customers and expanding into new markets. Conduct regular client meetings-both virtual and on-site-to understand requirements, address concerns, and present tailored solutions. Demonstrate and present company products effectively, highlighting technical features, quality, and value propositions to potential clients. Prepare and manage bi-weekly sales forecasts and the annual sales budget, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking events to promote products and explore business opportunities. Monitor and review sales KPIs, providing timely reports and recommendations for improvement. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with customers to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Identify and drive new product, market, and customer development initiatives to support business growth. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in any field. Proven experience in electronic industrial sales or automotive Tier-1 sales, with a track record in new product, market, and customer development.
