Job Title: Training & Client Engagement Executive Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Training & Client Engagement Executive to support our training programs and drive client participation. This role blends sales outreach, client relationship management, and administrative coordination to ensure the smooth execution and success of training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Outreach Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from our database to promote and register them for relevant training courses. Contact companies to schedule appointments for training presentations, particularly under the HRD Corp SBL-Khas scheme or other upskilling programs. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. Training Coordination Assist in planning, organizing, and executing training events and programs (online and in-person). Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, training materials, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations. Liaise with trainers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth event delivery. Administrative Support Handle documentation related to training programs, including preparation of the slides/proposal when needed Maintain and update training databases, calendars, and reporting systems. Support internal processes related to training compliance and reporting. Requirements : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone. Experience in client engagement, telesales, or training coordination is an advantage. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
