Oversee the daily income audit function for food and beverage and M Spa & Fitness to ensure all the income audit team carrying their job efficiently and effectively
Report to Assistant Finance Manager on any breach on internal control procedures.
Ensure all food and beverage and M Spa & Fitness incomes are taken up accurately, completely and promptly in accounting system.
Create/change/deactivated the Account Receivable (AR) in InfoGenesis System for F&B outlets.
Updating ISO docs (the department is ISO certified)
Liaise with individual operational personnel on all issues related to internal control procedures of income audit function.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting.
Liaise with auditor and external parties.
Assist in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Qualification

Possess Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 2 or equivalent
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in financial accounting and management.
Computer literate with strong proficiency in Ms Word and Excel.
Knowledge in SAP accounting software will be an advantage.
Able to lead, manage and supervise the accounting function of a team of accounting staff
Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
