Responsibilities: To provide engineering support for new device start up. To ensure customer's products are processed in accordance with customer's specification andrequirement. Update New test program / test script release by customer accordingly requirementand test program maintenance. Study and solve line issues, which include sudden high fallout, test station problems and other TESTissues which require higher engineering attention. To provide support, solution and liaise with customers on any quality issue related to engineering. Activate all customer requested control runs and publish results accordingly, closely work withcustomer and fulfill their requirement accordingly especially for test product issues To continuously train and develop subordinates. Develop tester capability and resolve test production issue, improve test time for production,product test yield sustaining and handle continuous engineering improvement projects. Work on engineering assignments with clearly defined objectives To carry out any other duties that are requested and assigned by the superior. Responsibilities: Possess Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering or any other equivalent discipline with min. 2years' experience in relevant background. Possess effective leadership. Able to communicate well and good organizational skills. Able to analyze difficult data and propose improvement plans.
