In your new role you will:Digital Manufacturing is central to Infineon's strategy for achieving world-class manufacturing performance. As a “Digital manufacturing” IGP you will:
  • Define and implement digitalization solutions for Infineon's Front-End (FE) and Back-End (BE) factories, enhancing efficiency and agility.
  • Integrate external manufacturing partners into our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless data exchange and collaboration.
  • Operate and optimize solutions while ensuring they meet service level targets based on specific cluster requirements.
You will be contributing to initiatives that drive automation, enable advanced analytics, and optimize sophisticated manufacturing systems across our global factory network. This role provides a unique opportunity to see end-to-end digitalization in action and play a part in shaping the future of smart manufacturing.Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (with a focus on technology), or a related field
  • Already gained some practical experience in digital technologies, data analytics, manufacturing processes, and automation e.g. through internships during your studies
  • An affinity for technology as well as high commitment and willingness to pursue desirable goals
  • High analytical skills and keen perception to approach new challenges
  • You thrive in an agile working environment, effortlessly adapting and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
  • You speak and write fluent English
