Responsibilities Communicate with customers via telephone and email to maintain weekly sales volumes. Ensure system data accuracy, including journey plans and stock records. Verify accuracy in customer orders and invoices. Follow up with clients to obtain missing information and respond to inquiries. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain and update customer and sales records. Generate and prepare monthly sales performance reports. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Fresh grads are welcome to apply as well! Diploma or higher qualifications in any discipline.
