- To provide support to the team wherever and whenever required to ensure mandates are executed efficiently
- To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
- To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group
- To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements
- To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within deadline
Bachelor Degree - • Candidates with Degree / Professional qualification preferably in Law, Accounting or a related discipline. MBA holders and CFA chartered holders are preferred.• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in the similar industry would be an advantage• Possess good analytical skills with strong interest in the Investment Banking industry..Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Investment Banking industry, legal or auditing.
