Your Role We're looking for a driven and people-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in introducing Rackson's projects to potential buyers - both at the sales gallery and during marketing events such as roadshows and exhibitions. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in real estate while representing a high-profile, fast-growing brand. Job Responsibilities Greet and engage walk-in customers at the sales gallery Deliver compelling project presentations Participate in property roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities Follow up on leads from campaigns and digital platforms Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead conversion Maintain accurate customer and sales records Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Rackson brand with professionalism Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - training will be provided Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willing to work on alternate weekends Must have own transport and be willing to travel as needed Fluent in English and Mandarin (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus) Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player Why Join Us Competitive Base Salary + Commission Unlimited snacks and coffee Up to 22 days of annual leave (based on tenure) Medical leave, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions Annual medical check-up benefit for confirmed employees Toll and mileage reimbursement for work-related travel Friendly, supportive team environment with room to grow Show more Show less
