About the Job Key support in relation to product, projects, planning and management reporting. Supports product development for Bancassurance in the areas of documentation, materials, system, sign-off and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure readiness for product launch. Collaborates with Bank Partners, internal stakeholders and vendors for the printing of materials and delivery to Branch on timely manner. Sources and liaises with vendors for marketing initiatives planned. Oversees Bancassurance related system for purpose of enhancement, development and troubleshooting. Conducts User Acceptance Test (UAT) with internal departments and Bank Partners on system enhancement and deployment. Prepares reports to Bank Partners and Management for the purpose of business performance tracking. Prepare campaign decks for Bank Partner communication to the ground. We are looking for people with Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies and/or related. Minimum 2 years of experience in Bancassurance business or product development. Experience in Project management particularly in IT/systems would be an added advantage. Able to meet deadline and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and good sense of urgency.
