Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Cyber Security Analyst Level II to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a bridge between our sales team, technical experts, and clients, playing a pivotal role in driving business growth by showcasing the value of our cybersecurity services and solutions. Your expertise will help prospects and customers understand how our products and services meet their specific security needs, ensuring successful adoption and implementation. Key Responsibilities As a Security Analyst Level 2, you are expected to be able to perform: proactively respond to Level 1 escalation of tickets and incidents perform proactive threat hunting and vulnerability scanning activities perform attack analysis on the escalated incidents (e.g. technical root cause analysis, limited forensic investigations, attack pattern research, remediation actions, etc.) create rules, filters, active channels, queries, trends and all other informational content based on use case share indicators and assist in research and prevention mechanisms provide daily and ad-hoc security news updates and advisories deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports for EDR and vulnerability assessment (and other technologies) Managing, dealing, coordinating and keeping good working relationship with clients, vendors, partners and other business units Ensure processes are aligned towards achieving committed SLAs and KPIs, and ensure the team is doing proactive security log monitoring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT security operations, IT security management Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation Good Analytical skills, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc What We Offer Competitive salary and bonus structure.
