- Oversee the development and implementation of all social media content and influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, including setting measurable objectives, creating strategies, driving tactical execution, and measuring ROI to support brand awareness and user acquisition targets
- Strategize and manage ShopBack's influencer strategy across different initiatives including but not limited to social content, events, activations, gifting
- Drive creative ideas for brand, content and influencers amongst the team - guiding and engaging with the team to execute
- Conceptualize and execute product and campaign launches, evergreen marketing campaigns and brand initiatives with a social and influencer first strategy that supports overall business priorities
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Brand Solutions, Campaigns team etc) to conceptualize social & influencer activations according to business priorities and goals
- Participate in online conversations to build brand visibility and thought leadership and continue to find new ways to reach the digital community at large
- Use data and insights to effectively evaluate, track, monitor and optimize key metrics and KPIs for Social Media and Influencer initiatives
- Continuously identify and implement improvement opportunities for the team and function by remaining up-to-date with the latest trends in content, communities, social media, and the e-Commerce landscape
- 5+ years as a lead or manager within Social Media and / or Influencer Marketing function within a tech or e-Commerce environment
- Experience leading high performing teams with at least 3+ years as a people manager
- Enjoys exploring ideas, get excited by pop culture and enthusiastic about social media trends and the changing consumer and audience behavior
- Experience conceptualizing and driving innovative marketing plans with defined objectives
- Deep understanding of influencer marketing tactics and proven relationships with influencers especially in the fashion, beauty or travel space
- Experience in brand management and / or public relations is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
- Ability to project manage and multitask in a dynamic and result-oriented environment
- A self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented individual with strong performance record
- Ability to manage marketing budgets with the goal of ensuring investments are aligned with business objectives and drives efficiency
