The Senior Manager of Analytics is responsible for overseeing a squad of analysts under his/her guidance, ensuring the performance and delivery quality of their squad members are up to standards, as well as managing the growth and maturity of the squad. The Senior Manager is also responsible for managing delivery escalations, ad hoc client projects, as well as taking on an internal role that helps with the scalability and sustainability of the team. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Data Architect: Independently assess client's pain point, clearly define the goal and objective, and provide a roadmap or strategy to achieve the goal. Consulting Support: Support consultants in data gathering, analysis, visualization, and data modeling, enabling informed decision-making and strategic recommendations for clients. Client Escalation Management: Address and resolve client delivery issues by identifying dependencies and risk, providing solutions and working with the team to resolve escalations. People Escalation Management: Address and resolve personnel escalations within the squad, conduct PIP if necessary. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the quality of work delivered by squad members consistently meets both client expectations and the standards set by 2X. Utilization Monitoring: Manage utilization of the team by providing support to those overutilized or creating work for those underutilized. Happy Employees: Act as a mentor and guide for squad members, understand their aspirations and goals, and help the team advance in analytics maturity. Internal Operations: Take an active role in supporting the sustainable scalability of the data team by establishing a strong foundation for future growth and development. Roles currently include but not limited to: Resourcing, Solutioning, Learning & Development, Research and Development. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a marketing analyst or in another analytical role in a B2B environment. Ability to influence cross-functional teams backed by a strong ability to support opinions with insightful data and analytics, driving optimal decisions and outcomes. Experience in leading a fast-growing project team; coaching team members and determining the strategic direction and key results of your team. Familiar with topics such as lead management, full funnel, performance marketing, campaign effectiveness and results reporting. Understand KPI frameworks and how to measure the impact of marketing activities in a standardized way. Great verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders from different parts of the business. Familiar with the concept of data storage in CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Pardot, etc). Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. Experience in data driven change management within marketing. Ability to onboard and train new analysts effectively. Strong quality control and feedback skills to maintain delivery standards. Bachelor&aposs Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing or a related field.
