About the Company Our client is one of the world's leading manufacturer and sales of air-conditioners, refrigerators, electric fans and ventilation fans for commercial/industrial buildings. Responsibilities Develop annual sales plan to achieve or exceed monthly sales target of general air-conditioning systems. Prepare sales performance report and analysis to superior, offering actionable insights for expanding new business prospects. Regularly communicate with Project Team to provide market info, competitor activities, industry trends, customer feedback, to identify growth opportunities and market challenges. Identify and understand end user application needs from site visit and inspection activity, to suggest solution and convert them into business opportunities, quotation, and secured business. Engaging cross-sales activity to diversify sales channel and identify business opportunities. Identify, expand, and develop sales channels across contractors, consultants, developers, and direct owners to promote air-conditioning products in wide spectrum of activities such as project tender, exhibition, training, and site-visit, and ultimately convert it into secured business. Establish, build, and maintain relationship with target customers, including regular activities, such as visits, business review, etc. Collaborate with Engineering team to access and suggest solution for project, including CFD simulation, engineering design and tender specification. Engaging cross-functional activities among departments to ensure compliance, communications, issues, and procedures are defined clearly. To prepare collection advice to clients for both finish goods and spare parts then update to finance department. Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point Knowledge of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems & design. Knowledge in basic Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration systems. Customer-focused mentality with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Able to handle stress during tough situations. Able to secure projects and close sales with good negotiation and persuasion skills
