Engineer Electrical Failure Analysis

In your new role you will:
- To perform the role of customer complaint management and reporting of customer complaint cases
- Required to perform in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection and data analysis to support the customer complaint Failure Analysis Request (FAR)
- Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis of rejects to support improvement activities for front end, back end, Silicon foundry, OSAT and product line
- Work closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations with regards to investigations of customer quality related issues, and the development and implementation of test-related corrective actions pertaining to those issues
- Present ideas, concepts, data and plan with high confidence in team meetings and executive review meetings
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience and/ or education
- Minimum of two years with related experience
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good in critical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills e.g., DOE, 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, 5-Why, Fish Bone, IS-IS NOT etc.
- Must have strong teamwork and communication skills, passion, productivity, and self-learning ability
- Good understanding in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, Perl etc will be an added advantage
- Mastery of Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal presentation skills in English
