The Mobility Strategy team works with senior business and product leaders to define where to play and how to win for the mobility business. We set strategic direction for cross-functional teams throughout business and tech and navigate complex problem statements to grow the Mobility business

Get to Know the Role

You will work with senior leaders to set strategic direction for cross-functional teams throughout the business and tech divisions and navigate complex problem statements to grow the Mobility business in the Grab region.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Mobility Strategy and based onsite in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will quickly grasp new and complex concepts, triangulate multiple data points, and form recommendations to solve high-priority problem statements.
You will assess trade-offs in decisions by evaluating effort vs Return On Investment (ROI) to steer the team towards the right course of action, even if it means pivoting from initial plans.
You will develop solutions on the anticipated risks and weaknesses.
You will lead clarity in teams involving product, design, analytics, and engineering.
You will manage end-to-end special projects from brainstorming to execution.
You will build an understanding of new areas for growth and the competitive landscape to identify future growth engines.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

You have 5+ years of experience in a product, strategy, or analytical role
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex concepts and evaluate trade-offs
You have experience leading cross-functional teams and managing end-to-end projects
You have proficiency in identifying growth opportunities and assessing competitive landscapes
