Job Responsibilities Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing and event calendar to drive monthly brand activities across online and offline platforms, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives. Lead the end-to-end execution of events and brand activations , including briefing and managing agencies or vendors to deliver seamless execution in line with brand guidelines. Propose compelling GWP (Gift with Purchase) campaigns and promotional mechanics that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences to support new launches and drive consumer engagement. Manage and collaborate with creative and activation agencies (beauty industry background) to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables. Evaluate the performance of trial activities and campaigns, monitor and analyze the results of trial and sampling activities, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance future performance. Oversee the timely production and installation of POSM materials according to brand standards and marketing timelines. Maintain a detailed execution tracker and provide performance reporting. Ideate and implement both short-term tactical campaigns and long-term brand-building programs to strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention. Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., E-commerce, Retail, Product, Sales) and external partners (agencies, KOLs, vendors) to ensure integrated campaign planning and execution. Provide support to the Marketing Manager on brand development projects, new product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives. Stay up to date with beauty trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide valuable market input. Any other duties and projects assigned by the superior or the company. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably from a creative/marketing agency background with experience in the beauty and skincare industry . Proven ability to propose creative GWP ideas and lead promotional campaign planning and execution. Possess an existing network of agencies, KOLs, vendors, and media contacts , particularly within the beauty industry, is an added advantage. Strong command of both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to manage local and regional communication effectively. Excellent analytical, planning, and project management skills with great attention to detail. Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
