- Degree in Business Studies (Human Resources / Business Administration or etc.)
- Minimum 2 year working experience in relevant filed.
- Good communicate skill.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and PowerPoint).
- Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manages job advertisements via various platform after receiving Manpower Requisition form from Hiring Manager to source for the right candidates.
- Manages internal social networking by constantly updating the internal programs, activities and vacancies in order to build employer branding and develop candidate database.
- Participates job fair and other recruitment event in order to grow recruitment pipelines for future needs.
- Updates recruitment tracker in weekly or monthly basis to keep track on hiring fulfilment in order to ensure continuity of business operation with sufficient manpower.
- Manages hiring process including screening of candidates, selection of candidates, phone interviews, interview arrangement, offering, and issuing offer letter.
- Formulates and implements the overall recruiting strategy to strive for cost reduction and better sourcing quality.
- Ensures shortlisted candidate to undergo pre-employment checkup before onboarding with satisfactory result ( IT for employment).
- Verifies and ensure the completion of all necessary documents required for interviews and onboarding in order to ensure smooth payroll processing and accuracy of personal files.
- Conducts new joiner orientation whenever required.
- Provides advice on the justification on numbers of manpower required and ensure proper approvals have been obtained on headcount requests in order to ensure balances in workforce capacity.
- Formalizes job description and specifications for existing and new positions for hiring needs and job analysis in order to use this particular information to create a right fit between job and employee.
- Assist for enquiries from employee via internal HR WhatsApp Number by providing advices and solution related to human resources matters.
- Assists for Human Resources Memorandum announcement via email and WhatsApp.
- Assists in any ad-hoc tasks or assignment as required by the department.
