Open Position: Head of Software Engineering (Fintech Company)A Fintech Company is hiring Head of Software Engineering to join the team and be based in their Kuala Lumpur office. You will be managing a Software Engineering team to manage the different product-based applications.Key responsibilities include:

Manage the project deliveries, timelines and involve in the end-to-end software development lifecycle including system testing and performance according to test plans

Experience in designing, supporting and troubleshooting web-based application products as well as system solutions

Lead the Software Development team to understand both business and functional requirements to determine project scopes and specifications

Having prior experience using any of programming languages such as C#, .Net, Java, JavaScript, Microservices as well as database such as MSSQL, MYSQL and etc

Good experience in Agile and DevOps methodology together with exposure in Cloud technology platforms as added advantage

Provide good leadership and technical directions for reporting issues and escalations from users

Good communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
