Outlet Manager Job Scope
  • Overall Operations Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
Oversee all aspects of the outlet's functioning, such as customer service, sales, and inventory management.
  • Staff Training:
Train staff members
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about the menu, company policies, and customer service standards.
  • Scheduling and Shift Planning:
Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.
Monitor labor costs and adjust staffing levels as needed to optimize efficiency.
Self-Schedule reporting to CEO and COO
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction:
Ensure that all customers receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service.
Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Sales and Revenue Management:
Set sales targets and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Implement upselling and promotional techniques to increase average check size and drive sales.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock of ingredients, supplies, and merchandise.
Coordinate with HQ to place orders, track deliveries, and resolve any issues with quality or quantity.
Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
  • Quality Control and Compliance:
Ensure that all food and beverages meet quality and safety standards.
Monitor compliance with health and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the outlet.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and special events.
Utilize social media, email marketing, and other channels to engage with customers and drive traffic to the outlet.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor Staff Performance
Generate reports and analyze data on outlet operations, food quality and customers feedback for improvement.
Communicate performance metrics and insights to senior management on a regular basis.
Conduct Area Manager Meeting every 2 weeks’ time.
Weekly Meeting with COO
  • Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to outlet staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning and development.
Recognize and reward outstanding performance and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
