Update and maintain employee records in Human Resources Information Systems such as Flash. Generate employment related letters such as Letter of Certification, Visa Application, etc. Process local government claims (maternity claims, childcare claims etc). Manage employee benefits policies and systems. Generate offer letters, employment contracts, and initiate process for candidates. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Economics or Business Administration or equivalent Preferably with 2 years of experience handling HR administration or related roles is ideal for this position. Ability to plan well with strong organizational skills to execute tasks efficiently. Ability to be hands-on, pro-active, and flexible in driving process improvements. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to work effectively in a team and to multi-task under pressure. Demonstrated experience in managing end to end on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
