Responsibilities :-· To response all customers inquiries and ordering promptly· To assist accuracy and maintaining of stock inventory / movement record.· Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, and audio content on e-commerce platform· Create marketing strategy for every month· Update sales summary report· Find out competitor price analysis for each product· Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns· Settling customers concerns in a swift and professional manner.· Harnessing internal relationships to better address customers’ needs and to maximize our profits.· To gather all marketing plan and activity from all HOD· To participate in the event organizing by the company and the social media· To know better product knowledge· Attend networking events and product launches.· Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices· Key in purchase invoice in the system for each and every products.· Packing items and shipping out to customers according to requirement.· Assisting team in multitasking job as per company required.Requirements:-· Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channel· Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills· Valid driving licence· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Outstanding verbal and written communication· Ability to work well in a team.· Customer focused.
