The HR Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR Operation team across Malaysia, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of HR services (e.g., payroll Admin, benefits operation, employee data management, onboarding/offboarding). This role drives process improvements, compliance, and customer-centric solutions to support business needs. Key Responsibilities: Team Management Lead and mentor a regional HR Operation team with team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Allocate workloads, set KPIs, and conduct performance reviews. Service Delivery Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR transactions (e.g., payroll, benefits, mobility). Resolve complex employee inquiries and escalate issues when necessary. Process Optimization Identify automation/digitalization opportunities to enhance efficiency. Standardize HR processes in local and across countries while complying with local regulations. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HRGs, COEs and Payroll team to align services with business goals. Act as the primary point of contact for HRSC-related escalations. Compliance Ensure adherence to labor laws, data privacy and company policies. Qualifications: 8+ years of HR operations experience, with 3+ years in a shared services leadership role. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors). Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional APAC languages are a plus.
