- Candidates must possess at least Diploma education level.
- Language: English.
- Candidates must be competence in HR Management, Talent Management, Recruitment or relevant field (full spectrum of HR will have added advantages).
- Proficient with computer skill such as Microsoft Office and HR System.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience is required.
- Collaborate with top management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the company's mission and vision.
- Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Implement programs and initiatives to foster a positive working environment.
- Mediate disputes and provide guidance on disciplinary matters.
- Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Facilitate employee development and career growth opportunities.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations related to compensation.
- Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ensure the organization's HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including record-keeping and documentation.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to employees.
- Assist in managing transitions, restructuring, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs.
