- Willing to work at Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru.
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Prior experience in a central or commissary kitchen will be highly advantageous.
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production of large-scale food items for multiple outlets.
- Develop and standardize recipes, portion sizes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency across all locations.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and proper food storage.
- Ensure all dishes meet the company's standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to secure timely and cost-efficient sourcing of ingredients.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff in food preparation, plating, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Monitor food costs and wastage, implementing effective measures to minimize losses.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
