Job Title: QA Intern Location: Hybrid Department: Tech Department Reports To: Product Owner Duration: 3-6 Months (Full-Time Internship) Start Date: Preferably September 2025 Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in ensuring the quality and stability of our digital product through structured testing, clear documentation, and close collaboration with the Product and Development teams. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain real-world QA experience in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in writing and executing manual user stories and test cases based on product requirements Log and track bugs in collaboration with developers and the Product Owner Participate in sprint activities such as daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Support SIT, Go-Live and BAU testing Maintain the bugs issue list and its respective progress status by conducting thorough retesting for bug fixes within and outside of project lifecycle Document test scenarios, outcomes, and provide clear feedback to the team Work closely with the Product and Development teams to ensure product quality and readiness Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Basic understanding of QA processes and software development lifecycle Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills Familiarity with bug tracking or test case management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Notion, :) is a plus Familiarity to work with design tools such as Figma is a plus Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid working environment Passionate about delivering high-quality user experiences What You'll Gain: First-hand experience in QA within an agile product development environment Mentorship from experienced product and tech professionals Exposure to real-world tools, workflows, and project cycles Opportunity to work on meaningful features and live systems How to Apply: Please send your resume and a short introduction to my work email at [HIDDEN TEXT].
