Responsibilities

To plan and coordinate collection and trade-in vehicles from branches and dealers.
To carry out thorough physical inspection of all traded-in vehicles received including their running conditions and to record these appraisal findings.
To assist in preparing tender listing by proposing reserved pricing for each vehicle including bulk purchase package for the wholesale tender.
To plan and organize stocks within the premise in designated areas for easy identification and inspection by wholesale customers.
To compile and analyze monthly trade-in performance results and assist in updating price guide.

Requirements

A Degree holder in any related field from recognized university.
Some experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Able to multi-task and work independently, with minimal supervision (under pressure and tight deadlines).
A team player and possess a good teamwork with great leadership attributes.
Excellent user of Power Point, Excel and Word.
