What We're Looking For As the Full Stack Team Lead, your role includes: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 12 years in full-stack software development, including at least 8 years of hands-on coding and 5 years in a technical leadership or team lead role. Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, React, or Vue.js; experience with Flutter Flow preferred. Backend: Java (SpringBoot, JavaEE, Hibernate), Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, or equivalent; deep understanding of JSON and API design (REST/GraphQL). Mobile: Experience with native or hybrid app development and publishing to app stores. Databases: Proficient in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Cloud C Containerization: Skilled with AWS, Azure, Alibaba, GCP; hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes. Architecture: Proven understanding of clean architecture, microservices, micro-frontend patterns, MVVM. DevSecOps: Experienced in CI/CD setup, version control tools (Git/SVN), Jira, Jenkins, and secure development tooling. Automation C Scripting: Familiarity with Linux/Windows scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and build/test automation environments. Software Lifecycle: In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies; able to lead planning, testing, execution, andcode governance. Leadership/Soft Skills: Strong communication; adept at conveying technical concepts to technical and non-technical teams; excellent analytical problem-solving mindset; proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative under pressure. Good to Have Experience with hybrid frameworks (React Native, Flutter) or native Android/iOS (Kotlin, Swift) development. Exposure to MLOps tools and practices or analytics/tracking platforms like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager.
