The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:- Data Management Perform accurate data entry to ensure seamless operational workflows. Conduct thorough data checking to identify and resolve discrepancies. Massage and consolidate data to ensure its usability and reliability for decision-making. Merchant Engagement Coordinate with merchants to set up meetings and discussions. Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams to address operational queries. Finance-Related Entries Submit finance-related entries to internal systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational processes. Support finance teams by providing validated data and resolving discrepancies when required. Process Problem-Solving & Improvements Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues to ensure smooth merchant operations. Collaborate with internal teams to propose and implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Continuously monitor workflows to identify areas for optimization and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with account managers, sales, finance, and product teams to enhance merchant offerings and streamline processes. Support cross-functional initiatives to improve merchant satisfaction and operational excellence. What Essential Skills You Will Need:- Positive attitude, passion for collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges. Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions. Critical observer-thinker, bringing a fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas. Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence and conflict resolution. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Mandarin is optional but a plus). Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skills to ensure business success. Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation and business solution software.
