In your new role you will:Supervising Operations:
A production supervisor is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring equipment performances, wip and personnel to meet production targets.1. Lead, manage and motivate a team of Senior OS / Operation Specialists to meet operation targets.
2. Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.
3. Being a trainer to Operation Specialists
4. Involved in process & equipment issues and uphold Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) among all Operation Specialist
5. Train and certify Operation Specialists as well as review and propose improvements to existing training scheme
6. Responsible for capacity and resource planning, Optimize WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity, prioritize task to meet business needs as well as would be the key liaison personnel
7. Initiate and lead improvement projects including productivity improvement, process improvement and drive for quality improvements projects.
8. Ensure housekeeping practices is followed at all means, review and propose improvements to housekeeping.Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:1. Graduated in Bachelor Degree
2. Willing work to 12 hrs shift
3. Approximately 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. Min 2 years of people management experience
4. Proactive, independent and able to work in the fast pace working environment; highly adaptable to changes in the company practices as well as in the procedurals and protocols
5. Good leadership and communication skills, ability to interact with all level of personnel and matured personalityDriving decarbonization and digitalization.
