· Oversee the effective administration of assigned projects pre- and post- contract administration.· Solicit bids from contractors and subcontractors by preparing tender documents.· Liaise/negotiate with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding contracts, work specifications, and costing.· Ensure that all stakeholders understand and comply with contractual terms.· Maintain close collaboration with Project Managers and clients on daily project operations.· Develop rapport with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients.· Work with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual and commercial issues.· Maintain budgetary control by coordinating the procurement of materials and suppliers.· Involve in bids of contractors and subcontractors and recommend contract award.· Ensure budget compliance by monitoring and continuously updating project costs.· Budget reporting should be provided regularly, and any cost variances should be communicated promptly to Project Managers.· Verify the accuracy of payments before they are processed by the company.· Provide aging reports and monitor payment collections.· Complete the closing of the final accounts for the projects.· Ensure that each project is properly documented.· Attend meetings at the site and other meetings as scheduled.· Assist members of the Commercial team with guidance and direction.Requirementsl A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related technical field or legal discipline.l Candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Contract Management, including handling International Contracts and Openbook Contracts.l Prior experience in Data Centre projects is advantageous.l Having experience in the construction of data centers is highly desirable.l Proficiency in client relationship skills with strong communication abilities.l Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and drafting contractual and legal documents.l Familiarity with industry standards and practices, and ability to perform accordingly.
