- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes.
- Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Build relationships with external talent sources and networks.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making
- Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for all positions within the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Train and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are knowledgeable about the company, its culture, and its recruitment practices.
- Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, talent networks, and other external sources to expand the company's access to top-tier candidates.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Increased efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, leading to reduced time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics.
- Attraction and retention of top talent to support the organization's growth and success.
- Streamlined communication and collaboration between recruiters and hiring managers.
- Enhanced employer branding and reputation as an employer of choice within the industry.
- Development of a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preference of candidates with experience in Recruiting for Media/Creative industry.
- Experience managing recruitment for remote-based teams is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, strategies, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
