  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Manage a team of recruiters and coordinate recruitment efforts.
  • Build relationships with external talent sources and networks.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to inform decision-making
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for all positions within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
  • Train and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure they are knowledgeable about the company, its culture, and its recruitment practices.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with educational institutions, talent networks, and other external sources to expand the company's access to top-tier candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations related to recruitment

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Preference of candidates with experience in Recruiting for Media/Creative industry.
  • Experience managing recruitment for remote-based teams is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, strategies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
