About The Company Having been in operation for close to 35 years, the company began as a contractor and has evolved into a group of companies involved in development and construction. Initially focusing on high-quality pipe jacking, they spearheaded Malaysia's inaugural micro-tunnelling project and have subsequently diversified into constructing electricity substations, extensive underground sewage networks, intricate bridges, and major highways. About The Job Coordinating with the project architect and other team members to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and client requirements. Overseeing the development and implementation of architectural plans, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Collaborating with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural and mechanical systems. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications. Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to verify conformance to design intent and quality standards. Facilitating communication between project team members, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedule and budget. Assisting in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings, regulatory approvals, and project milestones. Providing support to the project manager or lead architect in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities. About The Team As the construction industry is warming up again, our clients are looking to add to their team to feed the needs of their new projects. These are big companies with teams of good sizes and proper support. You will be reporting to the Project Manager working alongside a strong team of project engineers. Skills And Experience Required Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related construction, preferably high-rises. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
