About The Job Coordinating with the project architect and other team members to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and client requirements. Overseeing the development and implementation of architectural plans, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation. Collaborating with structural engineers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and other stakeholders to integrate architectural designs with structural and mechanical systems. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, resolve design issues, and ensure compliance with architectural drawings and specifications. Reviewing shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to verify conformance to design intent and quality standards. Facilitating communication between project team members, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project schedule and budget. Assisting in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and documentation for client meetings, regulatory approvals, and project milestones. Providing support to the project manager or lead architect in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement activities.
