- Candidate must possess at least 1 year and above of beauty and related experience in the field.
- Having SKM2 & 3 and beauty related cert has an added advantage.
- Having knowledge on skin care.
- Must be detail-oriented, meticulous and efficient on the task given.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
- Strong communication skills to all levels, to Upper Management (HQ), beauty therapist consultant, customers.
- Positive and to-do attitude.
- Receiving customer bookings and arranging appointments.
- Selling laser hair removal and facial treatments and products.
- Receiving and greeting walk-in customers on arrival.
- Providing facial services & laser hair removal treatment to customers.
- Cleaning and sterilising treatment equipment.
- Keeping track of inventories.
- Collaborating with the staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for the clients.
- Identifying opportunities & upselling company's products to customers.
