Order service, cashiering
Greet and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner
Always deliver an exceptional in-store feel-good experience
Interact with customers confidently to introduce the varied range of store products
Provide answers to queries presented regarding product information and available offers
Listen to customers' needs and concerns in a pleasant manner
Act with initiative, and be proactive in resolving customers' concerns
Ensure that the store is clean
Follow food safety procedures
Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
