The successful candidate will be the primary manufacturing interface for new and existing hardware products, ensuring that they are designed and built to the highest standards of quality and performance. This role offers the chance to work closely with Design Engineers to determine manufacturing and product specifications, as well as develop innovative solutions to challenging problems.What you'll do:As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for creating CAD models and drawings using Solidworks and SolidEdge according to specific requirements. Your expertise will be crucial in preparing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for parts, Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, and product documentation. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to develop Manufacturing Processes, Documentation, Tooling, and Test Fixtures. Your commitment to continuous improvement will shine through as you prepare, release, and revise company procedures per process requirements.

Create CAD models and drawings in Solidworks and SolidEdge per requirements
Revise CAD models and drawings in Solidworks and SolidEdge per requirements
Prepare ECOs for parts, BOMs, routings, and product documentation
Develop Manufacturing Processes, Documentation, Tooling, and Test Fixtures
Prepare, release, and revise company procedures per process requirements
Prepare, release, and revise off the shelf parts data sheets via ECO process
Prepare, release, and revise assembly work instructions for production

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Manufacturing Engineer position brings a wealth of experience in creating and editing part, assembly, and drawing files in Solidworks and/or SolidEdge. You have a proven track record of writing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and have extensive knowledge of product Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, their creation, and management. Your SAP experience with material masters, BOMs, and Routings sets you apart from the rest. Furthermore, your strong understanding of complex electromechanical assemblies and ability to explain technical issues effectively will be invaluable in this role.

Advanced skills and experience with creating and editing part, assembly, and drawing files in Solidworks and / or SolidEdge
Experience in creation and interpretation of GD&T
Extensive knowledge of product BOM structures, their creation, and management
Track record of writing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders)
SAP experience with material masters, BOMs, Routings
Strong understanding of complex electromechanical assemblies
Experience explaining technical issues and influencing product and process design change with results/data
