Get to Know the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Information Technology Engineer (Software) to design, develop, and implement software solutions that drive our organization's digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of systems architecture, data processing workflows, and software development best practices. Essential Responsibilities Develops software add-on/solution by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes and investigating problem areas. Analyze operation requirements and build/test the required ingestion and transformation platform. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Updates job knowledge by studying state-of-the art development tools, programming techniques and computing equipment Lead and execute projects based on corporate digital transformation strategies. Work independently or in team collaboration in sharing and generating insights based on data mining, visual/descriptive analytics, machine learning, using any suitable statistical/numerical techniques. Prepares and installs solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts and soft coding. Clarify problem statements, understand business process, verify data availability and establish contextual understanding of data. Skills and Competencies Profile Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, Visual Basic, .Net. Proficiency in MS Power Platform (Power BI/Power Apps/Power Automate/Power Pages) for automation and app development Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with web or software development tools, frameworks, or environments. Knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL or NoSQL) is an advantage.
