We are looking for a driven and strategic Key Account Manager / Senior Executive / Executive to manage and grow our online presence across major marketplaces in the Indonesia region. This role will be responsible for daily operations, campaign planning, affiliate program management, and inventory coordination across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop . The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, strong coordination skills, and a passion for driving e-commerce growth in the Health & Beauty industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketplace Management Oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. Optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, SEO, and high-quality visuals. Develop platform-specific strategies to increase sales and visibility. Regularly update listings in line with stock levels, promotions, and product changes. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and implement promotional campaigns and product launches. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging. Ensure all campaign materials are submitted and approved on time. 3. Livestream Management Increase livestream frequency and improve content across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, etc. Monitor and analyze performance to improve future livestreams. 4. Affiliate Program Management Build and manage the affiliate marketing program across platforms. Recruit, onboard, and motivate affiliates through incentive programs. Monitor affiliate performance and provide support to maximize results. 5. Customer Service & Marketplace Health Oversee customer service on all platforms and ensure fast response to inquiries. Implement strategies to reduce negative feedback, returns, and refunds. Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain healthy seller ratings and 0 policy violations. Collect and analyze customer reviews for continuous improvement. 6. Reporting & Data Analysis Track KPIs such as sales, inventory levels, ad performance, and customer satisfaction. Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. Use data to support campaign planning, demand forecasting, and platform optimization. 7. Demand Planning & Inventory Management Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams for accurate sales forecasting. Ensure adequate stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstock. Sync inventory systems across platforms to maintain accurate product availability during key campaigns. 8. Paid Advertising & Email Marketing Plan, manage, and optimize paid ads across META (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Google Ads, etc. Track metrics such as CTR, conversions, ROAS, and manage ad budgets effectively.
