Job DescriptionJob Summary:Responsible for managing daily logistics operations-including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management-to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery. This role focuses on streamlining processes, improving supply chain performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee logistics operations: transportation, warehousing, and inventory.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers and internal teams.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct audits and resolve discrepancies.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and 3PLs for seamless operations.
  • Negotiate transport contracts and manage related budgets.
  • Develop logistics strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and develop team members; maintain high morale and performance.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and storage space.
  • Address and resolve logistics issues promptly.
  • Track and report on logistics KPIs and performance.
  • Work closely with procurement, sales, and customer service.
  • Coordinate timely material and product deliveries with suppliers/vendors.
  • Participate in cross-functional supply chain improvement projects.
  • Present logistics performance reports to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation and shipment tracking.
  • Manage 3PL relationships for quality and timely service.
