You will manage full project lifecycle - planning, execution, delivery - for deploying advanced Microsoft 365 E5 security solutions like Microsoft Defender XDR, Identity Governance, and Microsoft Purview across a complex IT environment. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics. Establish governance structures and escalation paths. Oversee deployment of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, and Purview. Lead workshops and discovery sessions with security SMEs and business stakeholders. Coordinate policy configuration: Conditional Access, Insider Risk, DLP. Align M365 security initiatives with NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance. Maintain project artifacts: risk registers, baselines, deployment guides, and support models. Ensure stakeholder engagement, testing, validation, and operational readiness. Requirements 5+ years in project management, with focus on Microsoft 365 or enterprise security solutions. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 E5 Security Workloads. Solid understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST). Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Preferred: Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Microsoft Security Certifications.
