Job Description Develop and manage Quality Assurance programmes and activities that to ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, government regulations, and industry best practices including GMP and HACCP. Responsibilities: To ensure quality objectives and product performance are met through constant monitoring and improvement of internal and external requirements. Establishing and maintaining quality control measures throughout the production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product distribution, to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards. Working with stakeholders in the plant to drive continuous improvement of product safety and quality, GMP control, manage process control, risk management, compliance to regulatory requirements and customer expectations. Review, develop and maintain a systematic approach for SOPs, records, and product specifications to enhance quality efficiency and performance at the plant. Ensure all timely and consistent corrective and preventive measures are well addressed and implemented for in-process non-conformance, customer complaints, and auditing (internal & external) with appropriate and quick response to address root causes and proper solutions. Follow up and update management on the progress and effectiveness of the action plan on a timely basis. Providing training and guidance to staff on quality assurance principles, procedures, and best practices to ensure a culture of quality and continuous improvement. To lead and motivate subordinates to ensure that the team is competent and capable of performing their routines to meet the quality management system and management expectations. Perform any work or responsibility assigned by the Management as and when necessary. Qualifications Degree in Science / Food Science / Food Technology or related field preferred Possess at least 5 years of experience in related industry.
