As part of the APAC shared services center, you will gain hands-on experience in accounts payable processes, financial compliance, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading global healthcare company.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, sort, barcode, and pre-archive AP documentsValidate and process various invoice types (PO-based, Non-PO, contract-based, prepayments, etc.)Perform payment processing including batch check runs, wire transfers, and ACHInvestigate and reverse unsuccessful paymentsSupport AP month-end closing activities in line with the scheduleConduct reconciliations of AP balance sheet accounts (e.g., GR/IR, GIT, Suspense)Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on open itemsRespond to internal and external finance queries within SLAManage vendor relationships and help resolve outstanding issuesParticipate in audits and provide requested documentationSupport process improvement initiatives and system testing as neededContribute to operational reporting and MDGS data verificationQualifications & RequirementsPursuing a Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fieldsGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBasic knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelStrong attention to detail, good time management, and a proactive mindsetAble to commit to a 6-month full-time internshipWhat’s in It for YouGain real-world experience in a global shared services environmentMentorship and training from experienced finance professionalsExposure to regional finance operations and international teamsCertification upon successful completionOpportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and process improvementsWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
