- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence and revenue across assigned regions.
- Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, agents, and key clients.
- Lead and manage regional sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape product positioning and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with HQ in China to align sales operations, marketing initiatives, and supply chain management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive long-term relationships.
- Monitor sales performance, provide regular reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales leadership experience in protective coatings, paints, or related industries.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth in Southeast Asia, Middle East, or African markets.
- Strong network of industry contacts, including distributors and key decision-makers.
- Previous experience in a multinational coatings company or similar industrial B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in target regions.
- Ability to lead remote teams and manage multi-market sales operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.Willingness to travel
