- You will report to the Manager of Tech Learning and be based onsite at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

- Champion the technical documentation strategy, driving continuous improvement and a knowledge-sharing culture across the engineering organization.
- Lead our Documentation as Code and Engineering Onboarding programs, ensuring they scale effectively for a rapidly growing team.
- Embed a culture of "docs first" by integrating documentation creation directly into engineering and product development cycles.
- Collaborate with platform engineers to create high-quality content that improves developer experience and streamlines engineering workflows.
- Establish content standards and best practices to maintain quality and consistency across all technical documentation.
- Mentor junior technical content developers, fostering their growth and development.
- Explore and apply AI-powered tools and techniques to improve content creation, personalization, and discoverability.
- Amplify Grab's technical brand by creating engaging blogs and articles.
- 8+ years of experience in technical content strategy, developer documentation, or a similar role, with a proven track record of leading large-scale content initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling core programs such as Documentation as Code (Docs-as-Code) and engineering onboarding, with a focus on improving developer efficiency.
- Deep hands-on expertise with modern Docs-as-Code workflows, including Markdown, Git, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms like GitLab.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a history of partnering with engineering, product management, design, and marketing teams to align on content strategy and execution.
- A strong, data-driven mindset, including a proven ability to leverage content analytics (e.g., usage, discoverability, and health metrics) to inform content roadmap prioritization and business decisions.
- Experience in driving cultural change, such as implementing contribution models or embedding documentation processes directly into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Mentorship and leadership skills, with a desire to guide and enable the growth of junior content developers.
- Practical knowledge of cloud-computing and modern infrastructure concepts (e.g., microservices, APIs, etc.).
- Experience in leveraging AI tools and GenAI-driven workflows to improve content creation, discoverability, or search functionality.
