- Assist Director in developing and determine business strategies, plans and procedures and ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Enhance operation performance and ensure operation is smooth.
- Set comprehensive operation units direction to drive performance and growth.
- Developing and implementing operation plans to improve cost efficiency.
- Ensure Quality policy and Quality Objective are followed and meeting customer requirements.
- Plan and execute operation business plans including managing the overall operations and resources of a company.
- Develop and monitor risk management to ensure the operation risk is mitigated and controlled effectively.
- Committed to compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Ensure operation units effective implementation of company's ISO9001 Quality Management System.
- Must possess at least a Degree or Master in Engineering/ Business Management/Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience and good performance record.
