E-Commerce & Marketplace Management Manage and grow our TikTok Shop and Shopee store, ensuring smooth operations and optimization. Plan and participate in marketplace campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales. Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to enhance conversion rates. ???? Content Creation & Social Media Management Create highly engaging, trendy, and brand-relevant TikTok videos to increase brand awareness and love. Develop creative content ideas, including scripting, planning, and executing engaging videos. Be a content talent - willing to appear in videos and brand photos to connect with our audience. Shoot and edit video content efficiently for daily posting across TikTok and other social media platforms. Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral challenges, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and engaging. ???? Livestream Coordination & Execution Manage the onboarding, scheduling, and performance of internal & external livestream hosts. Plan and execute engaging livestream sessions to drive brand engagement and sales. Ensure seamless livestream execution, from content planning to technical setup. What We're Looking For: Experience in video shooting and editing (TikTok/Reels preferred). Strong understanding of TikTok trends, viral content, and audience engagement. Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and/or Shopee store. Background in fashion or beauty industry OR a strong eye for fashion and aesthetics. Independent, self-motivated, and able to manage brand content with minimal support. Comfortable appearing on camera as a content talent. Flexible, dedicated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
