Panel Operator (Kamunting, Perak)

• Plant Operations Management: Execute assigned incinerator operations with the objective of plant operating at safe and optimum level.
• Panel Readings: Observe panel readings, record and ensure stable operating conditions as per standard operating procedure.
• Control Panel: Adjust the metering, switches, valve, and levers from control panel or give instruction to the field operator to regulate the process conditions such as flow rates, temperature, pressures, time etc.
• Production Site Condition: Responsible to monitor the production site condition through CCTV.
• Production Information: Responsible to collect, feedback and report all the necessary production information. Information delivered must be clear and accurate.
• Alarm Signal: Respond to alarm signal according to standard operating procedure.

• HSSE: Comply with Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) regulation at workplace. Support company programs and activities such as related to HSSE at agreed frequency set by management.
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Operate the plant based on operating, start-up and shut down procedure with optimum level in daily operations.

• Support stakeholder management (external - Contractor Performance Assessment and Customer Satisfaction Survey, internal - headquarters, vendor etc.) effectively by providing excellent services to maintain good relationship and achieve high customer satisfaction level as per Key Performance Indicator (KPI) set by Company and Ministry of Health.

• Internalize the right behaviours, mindset and capabilities required by the organisation. Attend competency training to comply with contractual requirements.

• High School Certificate
• At least 4 - 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position or 1 - 3 years in plant operations
• Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
