We&aposre on the hunt for a sales-driven and analytical Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn content into conversations, leads into customers, and campaigns into real revenue. In this role, you'll craft and execute strategic marketing initiatives that directly support our sales goals, from B2B lead generation to paid campaigns, from event execution to email nurturing. You'll work closely with the sales team to align messaging, track performance, and refine the funnel with precision. Key Responsibilities: Strategize and execute sales-focused marketing campaigns across digital and physical platforms Drive qualified traffic through SEO/SEM and optimize website performance with analytics Run targeted paid ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & TikTok to attract B2B leads Plan and manage B2B email marketing journeys that warm leads for sales handoff Collaborate closely with sales to align messaging and accelerate deal cycles Organize both physical and online events that generate demand and brand authority Create/edit short-form video content and marketing visuals for campaigns Maintain and update the company website (experience with Wix or WordPress is a bonus) What We&aposre Looking For: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or tech/engineering sectors Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead nurturing, and conversion-focused strategies Confident in running digital ads and analyzing campaign performance Familiar with marketing tools (e.g, Canva, Beefree, Pally and others) Proficient in English (spoken and written) Tech-savvy and hands-on with execution Show more Show less
