Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive and versatile marketing professional with experience in life sciences, healthcare, or B2B scientific industries to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive business growth. This includes overseeing brand positioning, lead generation, digital campaigns, content development, events, and more. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that support business goals and market growth. Plan annual marketing plans and manage budgets across campaigns and channels. Identify new opportunities for branding, partnerships, and customer engagement. Oversee the creation of engaging marketing materials for both digital and offline platforms. Guide messaging, creative concepts, and content strategies to align with target audiences. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and touchpoints. Implement digital strategies to increase visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Manage SEO, paid advertising, and social media campaigns across relevant platforms. Monitor and optimize performance using analytics tools and reporting dashboards. Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, conferences, and customer engagement events. Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure high-quality event delivery. Partner with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals. Manage relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners. Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity. Track marketing KPIs and campaign ROI to evaluate success and inform improvements. Prepare regular performance reports and adjust tactics based on insights. Requirements A degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline. Over 5 years of proven experience in marketing-preferably within the life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors. Strong expertise in executing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with digital tools, including marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Data-driven and confident in managing budgets, tracking KPIs, and evaluating campaign performance. Excellent communicator. Collaborative by nature, with the ability to lead and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Show more Show less
