- Attending to customers’ enquiries by phone or email.
- Assist in generating quotation and comply with the sales order processing procedure to ensure that the whole process run smoothly from start to end.
- Sourcing for Supplier and Issuance of Purchase orders.
- To prepare invoice and DO upon receipt of confirmed sales order.
- To liaise with Logistic Department for delivery to customers.
- Proper filling of documents to ensure that retrieval of document and information easily.
- Good team player and able to work independently.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to withstand working pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Training will be provided.
- Proven experience in related field will be considered a plus.
- High salary will be offered to experience candidate.
