- Executing Safety Measures and Security Enforcement of the Property
- Lead the security team and liaise with security company to improve the service quality
- To ensure visitors' registration at guard house and handle CCTV monitoring.
- Attend fire fighting system triggering and handle emergency situations
- Conduct routine checking of lightings, emergency exit doors
- To ensure routine patrolling as per scheduled time and 100% completion to clocking point
- Conduct nightshift spotcheck
- Good written and verbal communication– English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good customer service skills
- Pleasant personality and matured disposition.
